Troubleshooting Tips: Online Sessions

Online learning opens the door for a number of technological difficulties and create all sorts of problems. Follow these troubleshooting tips to make sure your tutoring session runs smoothly.

📖 Make sure you are using a personal account, preferably a gmail.

📖 If you are using your school account (holmdelschools.org) you will not be able to

enter the meet.

📚 Google Meet Links

📖 Sessions are held over Google Meets

📖 Use the link that was included in the scheduling email sent by

studentsforstudents.hhs@gmail.com

📚 Devices

📖 Make sure you aren't using a school Chromebook

📖 If you are using a phone or tablet, make sure you have the Google Meets app
